CleanAim® HEFA for renewable diesel is a comprehensive and environmentally friendly solution that in its simplest configuration produces only high-quality renewable diesel.

Renewable Natural Gas
RNG, a carbon-negative fuel, replace conventional carbon-emitting natural gas. Methane from organic matter is currently being released or flared into the atmosphere, but this methane can be used to produce RNG instead.

RNG has the potential to be a significant source of renewable energy due to its availability when consumers require it. Wind and solar energy are both intermittent energy sources. RNG is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be deployed via the pipeline network whenever and wherever it is required.

CleanAim® RNG is a turnkey solution for biomethane generation, distribution, and sale, as well as the management and treatment of biomass. It is a comprehensive solution for Renewable Natural Gas production, including technology and logistics to improve biomass management. Our solutions to produce sustainable biomethane are reliable, robust, simple, and safe to operate with highly proven technologies.

Sustainable Aviation Fuel
Technological advances in recent years have led to the availability of alternative liquid fuel for aircraft that is capable of reducing carbon emissions by up to 80% over its entire life cycle, depending on the technology and feedstock used for its production. This new fuel is known as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and is more environmentally friendly. It’s produced from renewable or sustainable feedstocks such as forestry or municipal waste, vegetable oil, animal fat, renewable natural gas, biomass, etc.

CleanAim® SAF is a comprehensive, sustainable, and environmentally friendly solution. CleanAim® SAF relies on several technologies, depending on the available feedstock. Several carbon-rich sources, such as natural gas, solid wastes, and fats and oils, can be used as feedstock. The solution is designed to be modular, scalable, and cost-effective, with a focus on respecting the environment and seeking to reduce CO2 emissions over the entire life cycle of our fuel products.

Renewable Diesel
Renewable diesel is an alternative fuel produced from animal or vegetable fats and oils and emits less CO2 into the atmosphere over its entire life cycle, as compared to diesel of fossil origin. Renewable diesel can replace 100% of conventional diesel without the need for mechanical adjustments to engines. Likewise, existing diesel storage, transport, and dispatch infrastructure can be used without any modification.

The CleanAim® Renewable Diesel solution consists of the simplest configuration of our CleanAim® HEFA technology, which is capable of producing exclusively renewable diesel at the lowest cost. It is designed to process mainly waste oils and fats from animal or vegetable sources, although it can also use fresh vegetable oils obtained from dedicated crops as feedstock.

CleanAim® RNG generates renewable natural gas with a high methane content of at least 98% without the use of chemicals or water. The production line of the upgrading process is adapted to the biogas feed.

The CleanAim® RNG platform combines many technologies to produce sustainable biofuels with remarkable performance. The cutting-edge technology unlocks the otherwise untapped potential of biogas and enables remote areas to be reached by our mobile biogas upgrading technology.

CleanAim® HEFA (Hydro processed Esters and Fatty Acids) is a sustainable, low-emission solution that can produce liquid paraffinic fuels from waste oils and fats and can be configured to produce renewable diesel or SAF as its main product.

CleanAim® HEFA is a versatile, scalable, comprehensive, and environmentally friendly technology that allows the recycling of waste oils and fats of animal or vegetable origin, preventing soil and water sources from being contaminated.

CleanAim® GTL (gas-to-liquid) is a sustainable, low-emission solution that can produce liquid paraffinic fuels from renewable or conventional natural gas, which can be configured to produce SAF as the main product.

CleanAim® GTL can operate in synergy with other processes that produce CO2 as a byproduct and can use waste CO2 as secondary feedstock by taking advantage of the carbon capture technologies integrated into CleanAim® GTL.

CleanAim® WTL (waste-to-liquid) is a solution designed to produce high-quality liquid paraffinic fuels from carbon-rich solid materials such as solid waste from different sources and biomass. This allows for the recovery of carbon that would otherwise be disposed of in landfills and released into the environment as greenhouse gases.

CleanAim® WTL can simultaneously produce gasoline, SAF, diesel, and wax. Likewise, it can be configured and optimized to produce fuel of the current highest commercial interest.

All biofuels generated by CleanAim® reduce the ecological footprint by replacing traditional fossil fuels. CleanAim® biofuels are close to zero-carbon, while some, such as BioCNG and BioLNG, are actually carbon-negative! This means that during their production, more emissions are removed from the atmosphere than are emitted when biofuel is used. Specifically, more greenhouse gases are captured during the biofuel manufacturing process than are released during its use.

  • Sustainable energy generation systems
  • Reduction of carbon emissions in all areas
  • A holistic vision of reducing the carbon footprint
  • Diversification of efforts to reduce the footprint

CleanAim® takes a holistic approach to the carbon footprint issue, recognizing that renewable energy production is not the only path forward. CleanAim® solutions are engineered to significantly cut carbon emissions across the board, from energy generation and transportation to agriculture and waste management.
